POSTER AUTHOR
Please remember that at least one author per poster accepted must register as a congress delegate and pay the registration fee. Abstracts without paid registration fee will not be accepted for the congress.
CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
The deadline for abstract submission is 15 October 2021.
Notice of acceptance will be e-mailed to the submitting author by 30 October 2021

Abstracts and poster must be written in English.
Font type and size
• Arial or other sans-serif fonts (for instance Verdana)
The following sizes are suggested:
• Title: 60-100 pt
• Authors: 30-40 pt
• Institutional affiliations: 20-40 pt
• Text: 16-24 pt
Author’s and co-authors’ name and affiliations written in full, and marked with an asterisk; it is good practice to insert tables, graphs and illustrations.
The structure of the poster should possibly reflect that of a scientific article and contain key words (3-5), introduction, aim, methods, results, conclusions, bibliographic references.
Place the main bibliographic notes (no more than 10, preferably not exceeding 14 points) in the lower part of the poster.
Include captions of charts, images and graphs to make them easier to understand.
Topics:
Abstracts must address one of the congress topics related to the Integrative therapy in Oncology and clearly describe the content of presentations and their basis

POSTER PRESENTATION
All poster should be uploaded to the Congress platform.
Each author will receive an instruction email on how to upload the poster
E-poster portal will be open from October 1st to October 29th
All uploaded posters will be published in the Poster Area room of the congress platform.
Posters will be displayed vertically oriented on participants’ pc or mobile phone.
Each participant will be able to:
• Search a poster using the search field ( by Tag and Author),
• Watch the poster as a printed one on the monitor;
• Zoom in/out to see the details;
• Write messages or questions by e-mail (if any) to the Presenting Author (Presenting Author have been allowed to add his/her e-mail address at the end of the pdf of the poster for this purpose).
e-POSTER DESIGN
A poster is first and foremost a visual communication!
- Document must be a pdf file – we suggest creating the document in PowerPoint and then convert it to a pdf.
- Size limit is 10MB
- Landscape format (16/9) is the format required as is easier to be viewed on screen.
- A brief description when uploading the poster on the platform can be added, of approximately 500 characters.
Some details
- Author’s and co-authors’ name and affiliations written in full, and marked with an asterisk;
- The structure of the poster should possibly reflect that of a scientific article and contain key words (3-5), introduction, aim, methods, results, conclusions, bibliographic references.

- At the top of the poster, enter the title, the authors’ names and their institutional affiliations. It is advisable that the title characters should be at least 2.5 cm (1 “) tall.
- Well-marked graphs and drawings, easy to understand and completed with concise captions.
Other tips:
• Images: do not use low quality images
• White spaces improve visual appeal and text readability
• Software: preferably use PPT (Power Point)
